Rosy Mann, BAMShas practiced Ayurveda for over 15 years. Trained under the guidance of renowned Ayurvedic physicians in India, she received a bachelor of Ayurvedic medicine and surgery degree (BAMS) with distinction in 1994. Her areas of expertise include panchakarma (detoxifying programs and procedures), Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking, Ayurveda for women, pulse analysis, and Ayurvedic herbology. She offers personal Ayurvedic consultations as well as educational courses, lectures and workshops. She serves on the faculty of Kripalu School of Ayurveda in Lenox, MA.

Join us for Sunday Flow Yoga, a moderate to vigorous flow class. Use your breath and correct alignment to practice sun salutations and other posture flows. Extend the boundaries of your practice in this fun and challenging class. Suitable for students with yoga experience who are injury-free. Taught by Lana Lloyd, RYT200.
Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an excellent form of exercise that enhances joint mobility, balance and bone density. It relieves stress and promotes meditation as it creates calm and balance in your life. Tai Chi is very beneficial for those with arthritis, scoliosis, heart disease, and age-related balance problems. The internal art of Tai Chi is standard therapy in China for most ailments, and is increasingly used in the West as a treatment modality. Taught by Rob Johnson.
Pilates Mat Workout
Wednesday 8:15-9:15AM
Pilates mat work is a series of exercise performed in a specific sequence designed to create a flow of movement. Pilates helps individuals develop long and lean muscles and a strong and balanced central body core (abdominals, lower back, buttocks, and hips). Learn the basic mat exercises as you improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and tone your muscles while you reduce stress and fatigue. Taught by Sandy Ferris.
Yoga for Seniors
Wednesday 11:30AM-12:30PM
This class is specially designed to address the effects of aging on Seniors. Join Carla McAdams and strengthen your body to improve balance, stretch muscles and stabilize joints for greater mobility, and increase vitality in all your organs. Yoga postures, breathing, and meditation will be taught. All practices can be modified for special conditions. The class is chair-assisted as needed.
