The exuberant energy of Spring abounds around us, in the graceful arc of dogwood branches dancing in the breeze, in the nodding heads of tulips bending to the earth, and in the greening landscape of distant hills. We have harnessed that same energy in our yoga practice this spring, to nurture our seeds of intention and bring about positive changes in our lives.
Come join us for the Spring into Summer Session, beginning on April 23. Grow stronger and more resilient in your body, mind, and heart - ready for the inviting warmth and activity of summer.
New this session - Early Riser Yoga at 6:30am on Mondays to start your week on an invigorating note; Back Care Yoga on Tuesdays at 5pm to heal your back conditions and prevent further injuries; and an additional Moderate class on Mondays at 7pm. New to yoga? Come to one of the workshops especially for you, to learn the basics about yoga posutures, breathing, and meditation.

Moving into Summer Special This is a 9 week session, but you can register for 8 or 9 weeks to accomodate an early vacation. NOTE: Online registration only works for full session registration. If you want to take advantage of the Moving into Summer Special, please register at the studio.

Based in the practice of Kripalu Yoga, the hatha yoga classes at Mountain Spirit Yoga create a safe place for you to explore your body and its deep connection with your mind and spirit. Yoga classes offer detailed instruction in the proper alignment of your body in a balanced sequence of yoga postures (asanas) that both stretch and strengthen your body, integrating breath and movement in a focused flow of energy. Kripalu Yoga practice develops vitality in the body, calms the mind, and deepens self-awareness, as well as enlivening your life “off the mat.”
