Summertime!

     The word alone evokes images of being outdoors biking or swimming, awakens memories of lazy days just reading a book on the beach or under the shade of a spreading tree, and creates the desire to be healthy and vibrantly alive!

     Summer is a perfect time for yoga - to build and maintain the body's strength, to find ease in the midst of activity, and to find the still center beneath the busy surface of the mind.

     This summer create your perfect yoga class schedule, and still take time for vacations and time just "being." Sign up for 6, 7, or 8 classes out of the 8 week session.  Add a second class per week for a 10% savings - a perfect way to try Tai Chi or Pilates, or to deepen your yoga practice.  Details are on the Classes page.

     Pregnant or know someone who is? Some of our prenatal mamas have delivered their beautiful babies and we are looking for new class members.  Provide the best care for yourself and your baby during this special time by practicing pre-natal yoga.  Join the pre-natal class and nurture yourself and your baby.
